Chapel Street Precinct’s gyms, health clubs and studios can now offer outdoor training with five fully vaccinated people plus a fully vaccinated trainer. It’s time to get those muscles moving and your mental wellbeing back on track.
Our gyms, health clubs and studios have already prepared and executed this offering (after multiple lockdowns) and are going above and beyond with COVIDSafe measures and safety/cleanliness to ensure the safety of their clients. They are ready and raring to go.

Outdoor training is on at GRIPT! They’re bringing the studio training experience to Prahran Square (Cato St). Their full studio timetable is available outdoors on a 2-on-1 basis. 1-on-1 Personal Training is also available with one of their expert coaches.

South Yarra Strength offer personalised programming, fun small group environments, nutrition guidance and accountability via the SYS App. They have spots for 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 small group PT. Email info@southyarrastrength.com.au. Find their new training zone in Grattan Gardens.
When it comes to iso-training, Vision PT Prahran’s got your back. They’ve set up an Outdoor Training Hub Station in Godfreys Prahran outdoor area so you can get your squat on. They’ve got all COVIDSafety precautions in place to ensure you can have the safest workout possible.
Fitstop are running outdoor bootcamp sessions in Rockley Gardens South Yarra. Current timetable is Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7am and 8am and Saturdays 8am. Raise the Bar, are running outdoor workout sessions at James Street Reserve (Windsor). They specialise in weight training, so don’t expect as much cardio in their sessions (for all the burpee haters). They are offering 2:1 PT sessions and have a full range of free weights as well as cover for Melbourne’s unpredictable climate. People can join their Facebook Group to find a session.
