With a sleek monochrome design, one-of-a-kind drinks and Tapas style menu, the new cocktail bar Punk Carla has opened on Chapel St, Windsor. Designed with the after-work and pre-dinner drinks crowd in mind, the 170 person venue, which has been completely refurbished as well as extended, features a large outdoor seating area opening up onto Windsor communal carpark. The venue owners took their inspiration from a woman they met many years ago on a wild night out during the European summer. “She was classy, edgy, fun, slightly mysterious, and she said her name was ‘Punk Carla’,” they said, “Whether she was telling us the truth, we will never know but it stuck with us.”
