Chapel Street Precinct has permanently rolled out the red carpet for pet owners and their furry friends, making it the first and largest major shopping and entertainment precinct in all of Australia to welcome our cherished companions into over 450 businesses you would never guess! Including shops, gyms, salons, banks and eateries!
Unlike those big shopping centres, Chapel Street Precinct believes ‘the more the merrier, terrier!’ So enjoy happy hour with your hound, pilates with your poodle, or a cheeseburger with your chihuahua or kitty cat! Just look for the ‘Paw on the Door’ stickers throughout the Chapel Street Precinct.

They are staffed entirely by volunteers, receive no government funding and rely on the community for donations and support. While our newfound freedom is oh-so-sweet, it feels like mere months ago that we were hanging out for the day when we could look back and laugh about the perils of lockdown. This is that day.
