Reverie Cafe by Chef Pierrick Boyer (Australian Pastry Chef of the Year 2017) has an incredible cake range, daily fresh pastries coffee and delicious savoury dishes. A celebration of his life’s work, Boyer’s latest venture fuses the delicacy of fine French patisseries with the indulgence of a modern-Melburnian brunching destination. Pierrick Boyer created ‘the Paris Prahran Choux’ just for the awards this year. The dessert is a twist on the emblematic Paris-Brest with the symbolic Melbourne flavour of coffee. It is filled with a praline soft paste and a praline soft custard and dipped in a milk chocolate and almond coating, roasted coffee beans.
