On Thursday, 23 July, Chapel Street favourite Tokyo Tina is joining forces with Japanese drinks icon Suntory for one night of very good food, very good cocktails and the kind of Thursday night that has Friday morning asking questions.
The deal? Four courses. Three iconic Japanese spirits. Matching cocktails. One night only.

Tokyo Tina’s Executive Chef Scott Lord is taking the reins on a specially curated four-course menu, built around the distinct flavours of Roku Gin, Haku Vodka and Toki Whisky.
First up, kingfish sashimi and beef tartare hit the table before things get serious with your choice of miso whisky-baked salmon or hibachi-grilled striploin.
And for the finale? Tokyo Tina’s iconic Matchamisu.

No, this isn’t the start of a questionable joke.
Each course will be matched with a signature Suntory cocktail, spotlighting Roku Gin, Haku Vodka and Toki Whisky along the way.
Expect bright, crisp gin. Silky-smooth vodka. Whisky with a little swagger. All shaken, stirred and paired with Tokyo Tina’s modern Japanese flavours.
It’s basically a guided tour of Japanese spirits, except the tour is on Chapel Street and nobody’s making you wear a lanyard.
