FOOL was launched over 30 years ago by Rowena Doolan. Today, it’s a family-run label, with Pep Doolan working alongside Rowena on every aspect of the brand. The name FOOL draws from its historical roots: “A fool is a vibrant character—fun, bold, and unafraid to create a spectacle.
