This Christmas, YTB (Yūgen Tea Bar) is offering a fresh, culturally-inspired take on afternoon high tea, celebrating the joyful (and deliciously unexpected) Japanese tradition of pairing crispy fried chicken with strawberry shortcake during the festive season.
Launching Saturday, 29 November and available to book online now, the new YTB High Tea has been completely refreshed for the holidays. Priced at $95pp (non-alcoholic) and $115pp with Champagne, this limited-edition menu blends culinary whimsy with refined technique, all served in Yūgen’s signature, design-led setting.
