Settle in for a five-course, sharing-style menu and welcome 2027 with spectacular views of Melbourne’s midnight fireworks.
Bookings are available between 8pm and 9pm.

Beverly is also welcoming guests between 12pm and 3pm for celebratory lunches, with Chef’s Selection set menus and Champagne Club experiences featuring two hours of free-flowing bubbles.
