Burrata Festival at Prahran Market

Calling all cheese lovers! Burrata Festival is coming to Prahran Market!

Prahran Market is teaming up with That’s Amore Cheese for a three-day celebration of all things burrata, bringing delicious Italian flavours, live demonstrations, tastings and entertainment to the heart of Prahran.

Running from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 November 2026, the festival kicks off with a special ticketed opening night, followed by a weekend of free festivities for everyone to enjoy.

Friday 13 November – Opening Night

6:00pm – 9:00pm | Ticketed Event

Start the weekend with an evening of Italian-inspired food, drinks, live music and entertainment.

Opening night tickets include a welcome drink, an Italian canapé from UGO Burrata Bar, live music by Solo Antico, roaming cannoli from Cannoleria and a live mozzarella-making demonstration by That’s Amore Cheese.

Exclusive burrata dishes will also be available to purchase from participating market traders.

Saturday 14 & Sunday 15 November – Free Festival

The celebrations continue across the weekend with plenty to discover, taste and enjoy, including:

• Live mozzarella-making and cooking demonstrations
• Free tastings
• Live music and entertainment
• Exclusive burrata specials from market traders
• A Burrata Trail throughout the Market

For those keen to get hands-on, That’s Amore Cheese will also host a special ticketed mozzarella and burrata-making masterclass.
