We have all seen how businesses globally are taking ‘dining to the streets’. Now we need your help and suggestions to TURN CHAPEL STREET INSIDE OUT.
The Victorian Government’s COVID-19 roadmap to recovery outlines an incredibly challenging time but begins to present opportunities for local businesses. The next step spotlights dining, trading and socialising outside this summer, including the reopening of hospitality for predominantly outdoor seated dining.
The Chapel Street Precinct Association (CSPA) is working with the Council to deliver innovative programs and initiatives to support businesses in extending outdoor dining and maximize opportunities for visitors and revenue over summer.
Council is working to prioritise initiatives to encourage and extend footpath and kerbside trading, plus working with major stakeholders to simplify and align processes, but most importantly remove the red tape.
They are keen to hear the local communities thoughts, ideas and feedback to maximize your summer socialising. Please click the button below to complete this short survey to guide next steps.
It is important to note that the CSPA is an independent organisation from the City of Stonnington.
