Established in 2012 by Brenton Lang, Rustica delivers artisan breads and pastries baked using traditional sourdough techniques. From savoury croissants, to delicious espresso tarts, and our ever-popular range of donuts and crullers, everything at Rustica is prepared, baked or cooked on site at South Yarra’s flagship venue which also doubles as a popular café seven days a week.

Sure, we offer all the classics, such as har gow prawn dumplings, but we’re not afraid to serve juicy parcels stuffed with chilli wagyu beef and covered in our “magic” chilli oil.
