‘Winter in Asia’ is a six week-long series that sees two establishments collaborate to offer warming regional south-east Asian and Japanese bites, in place of The Emerson’s regular rooftop menu. Forget heli-skiing the snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas or defrosting in a steaming Japanese onsen hot spring. Susie Wong owner and chef Peter Capurso has designed a menu of delectable dumplings, rice paper rolls, banh mi and teppanyaki skewers to warm heat-seekers up from the inside out.
