‘ART-Town' - Public Art Project
The Chapel St Precinct and ‘ART-Town'- sponsors are offering $4000 worth of Visual Arts Awards to emerging and established Artists, Photographers, Fine Art Students and Fashion Design / Illustrators to participate in the 2010 Tastes of Chapel Festival -‘ART-Town' public art event.
The deadline for expressions of interest is Tuesday 2 March 2010.
Selected artists will participate in this two week program by taking to the streets of Prahran, Windsor and South Yarra to create vibrant visual arts that embody the diversity of the Chapel St Precinct community.
‘ART-Town' reflects the Chapel St Precinct community's ongoing visual, artistic & design awareness in these diverse and vibrant, urban locations. The event will also foster new creative networks among artists, and businesses in the precinct.
