I believe in to-do lists.
Write it down, cross it off and fold it over. I have a pile of these [half-filled notebooks]. You can read over them when you feel like you’re getting nowhere and you’ll realise how much you’ve actually achieved.
I believe that it’s important to take self-inventory.
And that it’s important on both a personal and a business level. Work hard on your happiness, leave your ego at the door, and be free from distractions. Have the willingness to out-learn and out-work everyone when it comes to your business.
I believe that you should try to be friendly.
Also you should try to be personable, engaged, responsive and – most importantly – mindful. Cut through the noise and be present (note to self).
Faith in Humanity
I believe in myself and the people around me.
Surround yourself with friends, partners and mentors that are inspiring, passionate and intelligent people. Back yourself 100% and do the work.
I believe in Nas, Biggie, Big L and Billy Joel.
I believe I can fly…
I believe that children are our future…
You might have a hard time tracking Conrad down. He could be in the podcast room, coffee shop or meditation cave(!) at Revolver Creative, the 1000sqm shared workspace initiative he founded, which houses the likes of Snapchat, Foundr mag and General Standards. Or he could be bashing away at the skins as proprietor of Revolver Drums or in studio. No wonder Conrad needs to be super-organised.
